Could someone explain how to get the Astral Signa?

According to Sheila's FAQ, the Astral Signa gives the following stats: HP +18 MP +18 Avatar Prepetuation -2 (MP Consumption).

I don't know what kind of weapon it is, but I found another Signa weapon in the auction, and it was a staff, so I'm guessing it's a staff.

So if you would, please explain in detail about how to aquire an astral signa. ANd if you wouldn't mind, how to get a conjurer ring and conjurer's earing (dunno what the actualy name is)?

lol you caught on pretty quick, the first time i saw that staff in ah is when the last patch hit, (along with nwo demon cloak in ah!)
i believe the drop was always there, by the yagudo god (or avatar someone would call him), he is a summoner, a random pop of yagudo high priest in the top of oz
this staff will not be something that's just... obtainable
