I still think they might sneak in a new spell or two under each addendum, both for function and flavor. It's actually the one case where I feel "Merit spells" fit in.
But yeah, new stratagems seems like a no brainer and the Dark Arts one could easily be your next elemental spell will Crit (which could be rather janky fun coupled with Ebullience...) or maybe a spell that boosts magic crit rate for a PT member, thus encouraging SCH to work with BLMs, which would ROCK IMO.
