Can SAM Outdamage DRK or DRG at any lv?
I know SAM is a Skillchain / TP job , but it just seems to do less damage than other jobs.

No
Drg will pretty much always beat SAM (assuming similar equipment levels) in DD.
Drk (in a perfect world) will beat SAM in DD.
Read around the boards some :O Sam is DD, most DD is interchangable since any damage lost is made up by enabling more party damage and/or lower party down time.
It's a well balanced game, don't go shit on some job because it doesn't put out the absolute bestest numbers +1"And if he left off dreaming about you, where do you suppose you'd be?"
