My earliest personally was lvl 42. But, as Mobius said, it CAN be done at lvl 30.
And now: I'mma adress a few things.
AF Pieces that boost TP gain:
Myochin Domaru has: Occasionally boosts tp when hit. Its only a couple tp, and its not gonna happen 100% of the time.
Myochin Kabuto: Enhances Meditate. It changes the amount of tp given from 100 to 120. That doesnt mean you get the TP any faster, it just adds one more tic of 20.
In a recent update: they buffed sharpshot.. it removes the accuracy penalty for being close to the mob, making Barrage easier to land.
And hey, kudos to Omnigene and Mobius, the method they described is the most effective way to solo-renkai w/out Jump or Barrage. (in my opinion)
