NIN? when should i sub it

ok well im not new at the SAM job but i was just wondering when should i sub nin or should i sub it at all? and i know you sub thf around lvl 60 but what armor should i use and what food?

Mmm.. Can only think of solo/farming as a good time to sub it really. And even then, it's such a pain with a GKT unless you have a Soboro. I'm sure there's some select HNMs, maybe some missions you'll come accross where utsusemi will absorb some JAs the mob does, but I don't see it as being a needed sub job for SAM at all.

EDIT: Oh sorry, for food, agi/evasion food is great if you're soloing. SAM has one of the higher evasion ratings in the game but without hardcore evasion setup you'll still get hit quite a bit without food. If you're fighting easy mobs then I say go for ATTK food to speed up the kills.
