Pretty sure Deathknight's LS and Muteki's LS have at least one, and other linkshells around are bound to have it? >.>

If the droprate on those Ix'Aerns wasn't so low, I guess I would already have one -.-;

I really think it's such crap that some torques are easier to earn that others...

The droprate on everything in sea, save HQ Hpemde organs, is way too low to be even remotely fun.

Yeah. I hate how there's tiers to it all as well. If things were 100% Drop for say, triggers and stuff, it wouldn't be near as bad. But the way it's currently setup, we may have to kill lower tier NMs many, many times just to be able to fight upper tiers. :/

This torque sounds nice but hard to get, at my current state but I will do my best to get such a equip.
