Equipment prices

I have noticed a climbing of steady increace of prices, on the AH, over the last 2 weeks. I was wondering if anyone else has experianced this inflation to any extent. Here is a list of the most common samurai gear, and i would like to see how it compairs to other servers

O. Kote = 2.5mil
Hauberdine = 3.4mil
Hauberdine +1 = 8.1mil
Sniper Ring = 1mil
Sniper Ring +1 = 5 mil
Mithcabobs = 8k / stack
Sole Sushi = 40K / Stack

and just for further referance Fire Crystals = 5k / stack

Just curious, do you guys play on JP client cause it's actually Haubergeon

Caitsith seems to be about same as Ragnarok for those iems but our Ochidos are now over 3 mil.

Sniper Ring = 800k-1mil
Sniper Ring +1 = ??? mil

(Jujitsu Gi) = 700k-900k

last time i checked, but it seems that there is a straight way in growing prices

Haubergeon = 4.8 mil i think
Haubergeon +1 = 10 mil
Sniper Ring = 1.3mil
Sniper Ring +1 = 9-10 mil
