That's a pretty good plan. You may even keep subbing war until yukikaze but SA does work nicely with Yukikaze as well.

1. Is Tachi: Jinpu better then Tachi: Enpi?
2. Is Tachi: Jinpu level 40?
3. Does Tachi: Jinpu stack with Sneak Attack (for farming)
4. I was told not to get Ochiudo's Kote, which are currently 1,600,000 O_O , I was thinking about buying them when they were 1,200,000 but now I'm not gonna. instead I bought a Jujitsu Gi and a Puissance Ring +1 (forget the name) +3 STR, should I save up for the Kote or forget about it and at 43 buy a Valkyre Mask?
5. Last question, what does Tachi: Jinpu look like?

1) Um... 2x Hit vs. 2x Hit, with added Wind Dmg.

3) Good question. Don't think so, since it's added Wind dmg.

4) Sounds like a decent purchace plan to me. You can always keep O. Kote in mind for later in th game, if/when you thnk you can afford/justify them.

5) ever see or use the Dagge WS "Gust Slash"?? Take the 2x hit animation of Tachi: Enpi, and add the Gust Slash animation, one on either side, once for each swing.

Was in a fairly kick-but PT the other night down in gustav. NIN BRD WHM BLM(me) SAM MNK. We had 2 (or 3) regular skillchains. Blade: Chi > Tachi: Jinpu [distortion] upon which a Heallthy Water III, or Blizzaga II would burst nicely off crabs/gobs. Then we had Tachi: Kagero > Raging Fists [fusion] of which firaga II absolutly decimated the bones. XD I think the SAM was stacking SA (or SATA) to each WS. Probably just to stick the WS, since both fire and wind dont stack with SA for extra dmg.

I think we had a Scission in there some time.. or maybe it was just the SAM's 2-hr. XD

1. No.
2. No, level 49.
3. Yes, I believe all SAM WSes stack with SATA, from my experience.
4. Don't get them.

Use Barrage
Use Meditate
Weapon Skill Right away
Rang attack
Weapon Skill right away when 100TP

Don't use high delay bow.
