Ronin ring Sam's best friend?

there is a ring you can only have one on you at a time at lv 50 for sam... it sez Latent Effect +5 accuracy... now... is this a sam's best friend.. or a waste of space.. idotn see any not one high lv sam runnign aroudn with this ring on.... so ... yea ^^ let me know whats up with this please ^^

It would be good, if you could run around with hp's in the yellow all the time

There's different ways to activate latent effects though, my guess is low hp's for this item.

Sniper rings would be more reliable

i heard latent effect meant that you haev to be in yellow health AND lower than 100 tp. That or it may be yellow health or lower than 100 tp.
