Subbing THF may give you more AGI, but it still doesn't let you hit faster. =P There is no correlation between sub job choice and how fast your main job hits (unless you sub MNK and use Grapples because Martial Arts is the only passive ability in the game that decreases attack speed).

So what Miyamoto meant to say was, "There is no way you can be level 70 and think subbing THF affects attacking speed."

Mainly I play THF, and there are alot of noobs so I will hold off leveling my warrior.

But Sneak+Enpi is great as SAM+Thief, since the Sneak ensures both hits from Enpi hits.

I did 327 DMG Sneak+Enpi in CNest yesterday in what i consider PT nirvana.

SAM,SAM,WHM,WHM,WAR,BRD

The Enpi caused a 177 PT distortion which is pretty good against worker crawlers... Just a matter of how you use the Sub.

sneak only garuntees the first hit in multihit WS, so you can still miss the second hit while subbing thf.

wtf are you talking about!? since when does THF sub abilities affect the speed of hits? like Nodachi I don't doubt ur lvl but I doubt ur knowledge of the game :O Triple Attack only kicks in at lvl 55 and well the Lvl cap is 75....

From my experiences (i'm only level 38), thief sub is helpful, but I think there are better subs out there until level 60. Post 60 I can see the thief sub working out better as some of these high damage dealers attract a little too much hate and would love giving it to a paladin/trick buddy.
