I have the Yigit Gages - one piece of gear for hands - inv space -1, and they have been good for me for nuking up until recently when I finally got my Zenith Mitts (and then promptly rebuilt my computer, so have never used them yet!). +5 mnd and int means one less macro space to worry about.

Such is the bane of my life, constantly flickering due to equip macros lol.

Im currently seeing lvl 72 as my next major change in gear, due to errants/wise/others - I am presuming the next one after that would be 75?

Not really a lot after 72 unless you get into Zenith at 73, and Duelists 71-75 (and tweaks like rings). Both of which require endgame stuff to obtain. Errants is hands down the most useful for you. You start to get into the decent hmp gear then, which is a help - Errant body, Hierarch Belt etc etc.

See thats the thing, I used to be like "Hell no, endgame is not for me"...but now. closer and closer to 75, realising all the pieces I want all have some aspect of endgame...

*off topic* Kirst, who was your old LS again? Do they have a website?

Yes, I am also in need of a Joy Toy. Not like I really do any meleeing at all, but it's just a nice piece to have. And I'll look cool.

Tell em I sent you. To be honest, I'll repeat what I told you before. Wait till you are 75 - you can do your job very effectively without the endgame gear. Endgame eats your time up (remember when you said that all I ever seem to do is stand in Dragons Aery - it is because some days that is all I do - or stand in A Chasm waiting for the chance of a dragon to pop, or something like that). Enjoy your time, and when you are ready, then look at endgame. Friends are more important in this game!

Probably best if you could find a small group of people to do things like getting your joyeuse, Assault gear, skillup parties and whatnot while focusing more on some merits before jumping in head first into big endgame stuff.

Now if only I could find a group like that on Kujata ...

I dunno, I am torn. I hear ya when you say wait till 75, and if the LS makes that a requirement, then so be it.

I want to "experience" these things, its part of playing the game. I am also getting sick and tired of having a great social LS, but also failing to ever get ANYTHING organised.

The linkshell I am in is super duper people, but the majority - and I stress they are good people - are just so GD unorganised and its frustrating.

Im getting bored of just farming, and looking for pickup groups ALL the time and thats all I ever do. I want to enjoy events witha group and know that 90% of the time, enough people will show up and are competent at what they do.

Wheras endgame...seems to give me what I need. All 75's so can possibly merit together. Dyna/Limbus/whatever - all proper scheduled events. I know when I turn up, others will be there too.

/rant over...just expressing some frustration.

EDIT: also being an EU ls maybe I can actually start doing statics for things like assault, etc...

I have some good friends in my LS, and I plan to do Dynamis - once a week only, due to my schedule - in the hopes of getting some nice RDM stuff. If I get burned out though I can always quit. I like leveling other jobs and running around helping people, anyway.

Sure, pimping out my RDM is fun but it's not the be-all and end-all of the game.

Awww, im not saying its the be all and end all, just bored of the other stuff. I realise you have to give help to receive it, but I honestly cant bear another Rank 4/5 run or Sj item collecting...

Righr now endgame is appealing to me. Not so much the HNM stuff mind you, but then again iv never done it. Sounds boring waiting there for hours on end waiting for a "maybe claim with a maybe drop" but I guess if the rest of the events are fun, and waiting on pop is fun it balances out.

I'm mostly interested in finishing Zilart and CoP before I really get into endgame. Also maybe getting another nation up to 10, if not both Bastok and Windurst.

Windurst first. I want those Master Caster's Bracelets.

I could not use Ventrillo, limits are home of talking out loud. Maybe when we move I could use something like that lol.
