You are going to need help and it's one of those takes as long as it takes things. You can get it first drop or it can take several hours if you are really unlucky.

OK in an effort to refrain from starting a new thread, I have a q on this particular AF item. I have never been to Castle O before and this is the only AF item I do not have yet. Currently I am only lvl 55 and my limit cap is currently 60. So really my Qs are:

How tough is the coffer key aquisition?

It's a pretty rare drop. I've spent hours killing enemies without seeing a drop before. Other times, it's appeared in the first few kills. Just a matter of luck - but don't be shocked if you don't get one in short order. All the beastman stronghold keys (Oztroja, Beadeaux, Davoi/Monastic) are rare.

What job/lvl help should Ibring into this area?

Bring at least one level 75 player who can solo somewhat effectively, plus have at least one person who can put links to sleep reliably (RDM, BRD, BLM, WHM, COR at level 60+). You can can use a single RDM at 75 to fulfill both of these conditions. If you can add at least one DD at 70+, the process goes much faster.

How easy is it to get the coffer?

Getting the coffer is cake compared to getting the key.
