Sword Skill ups

Hi, i'm a lvl 73 Rdm and i'm going /blu and soloing quqirn till i run out of mp and then running till thet give up (they dont chase far), is there any easier way soloing for sword skill ups (201 atm)?

I'll try to get 74, sub nin and solo crabs in boyada I think.

Actually, skill up party is very common now that everyone are trying to get their hand to hand skill up. I think you'll have no problem getting into one. They always need someone who can heal.

Skillup parties in Boyhada Tree. if you have NIN leveled you can sub it and have a sword in both hands for more skillup options.

Get to 74, sub NIN for Utsusemi Ichi and Ni as well as Dual Wield, then and solo crabs in Boyahda Tree, from Robber Crabs 'til you cap on Steelshells. Do this, and you won't need a skillup party.

Then try shouting for yourself. Get some friends to go with you. Take some time out after you hit 74 or 75, level NIN, then go back and get sword capped. W/o shadows, you won't be able to last as long and probably won't be able to kill anything close to EM, atleast not w/o kiting with DoT's which doesn't even let you skillup sword to begin with.

I solo'd Sword & Dagger Skill Vs. Crabs in the Tree, or in the Tunnel. But past Lv.200, I was spending too much time recasting Stoneskin and Phalanx to get any Skill Ups so I started joining LS members in Skill Ups or Coffer hunts, or WS Quest latents.

I would sub WAR for Defender and Double Attack, and then get some Acc gear. Subbing WAR will give you access to Vorpal Blade which will be nice for Skill Ups. I've done a Vorpal Blade and recieved serveral .2 Skills from it.

Yeah, it does, but so do /PLD and /WAR, and they have better defensive bonuses(although Cocoon is impressive).

Besides, when skilling up you're not looking to do big damage. All that does it kill the mob quicker, but the quicker you kill the mob means the less skill ups you get off of it before it dies.

Keep the mob Blinded, Slowed, and Paralyzed(Gravity if you're having trouble landing hits). Keep yourself Hasted, Blinked, Phlanxed, Stoneskined, and Refreshed.

Avoid Weapon Skills(or just let them build to 300% TP), get a nice low damage, low delay, high accuracy sword(Dual Wield Joyeuse/Ryl.Grd.Fleuret or Joyeuse/Hornetneedle), and go to town. You'll kill the mob slowly, but you'll be skilling up so long as you're hitting the mob and doing at least 1 point of damage to it. After you've capped out, feel free to massacre the beast.

Also, /war and /nin are used often because both let you hit faster. /NIN gives dual wield and a reduction in delay, and /WAR gives double attack. Both give you more chances to get skillups in the same amount of time.

i need to lvl my War and Nin to cap thought so i onlt have Thf and Blu melee Jobs to Cap, abd i want to kill the things fast they are a MP Sink on keeping SS up

Add: what i kill gives me 80 to 100 exp a kill these are what i solo with magic

Its Reaperx, im on Phoenix a lot, if you need help send me a /tell, ill tank Steelshells so you can skill up for like a hr or so. But really try to lvl nin to 37, its a huge help ^^ peace man
