This would be by a taru, running in and Chainspell Aero IIIing right off the bat, and having a lot of luck. They really are the only race to have the MP to do that. Not really a recomended strat, since it involves a lot luck and things to go perfect.

That record was probably set by a level 75 rdm who just did it for fun.

When I did it, I ran straight in first and cast Sleep. Then I dispelled his buffs, and cast pro shell blink and stoneskin for myself. After that I nuked him with Aero III and immediately cast Sleep II, then rested a tick or two, got up and repeated that a couple times, then Chainspelled Aero III.

Maat at 75 was indeed "fun." I soloed him for the hell of it.

Now, OP, are you asking how to beat him in less than a minute, or are you asking how to beat Maat in general?

Well I am back! Thanks for missing me! As for Maat, he's a dirty old man. There are posts here about fighting him, I'd direct you to them, but you don't seem like a tard, so I'll just recommend the search function, since you are hopefully of higher intelligence.

you need about.. 7 aero III ?
is the fight cpped or can you go in as rdm 75? with more mp, better equip and higher spells you need maybe 5 dmg spells on him, with chainspell, should be doable, when he cast s.t. like gravity on you with high cast timer that he has no chance to get to you, or you bind him and FC nuke to death.

Yeah, for under a minute go in at 75 and Chainspell Thunder III.
