It should be noted that while most spells can be purchased via the Auction House, some of them cannot be purchased from vendors. If you want a comprehensive list of the spells you "should" have, look at the AH listing. Any spell that is white is one you cannot currently learn, either due to job or level restrictions. Any spell listed that is green is one you have already learned. Any spell that is yellow is one that you can learn, but do not know yet.
