Ok, I've tried shouting for RedMage Testimony help; but I still can't get any.
A friend told me the best way is to ask for "Skill Up Party"
So my Question is:

#1) What do I shout for? As far as weapon skill? Magic Skill Up?

#2) How many people do I need?

#3) Where should I party?
