Glamor Jupon vs. Errant Hpl.

Which is better for RDM nukes, Glamor Jupon with +3 Elemental Skill or Errant with +10 INT (the -emnity not withstanding).

I intend to do some testing however if this has already been detailed out that I can't find I don't want to reinvent the wheel.

This sort of ties into the Chasuble vs Errant Hpl argument of which is better for nuking, 5 M acc or 10 INT? (its been semi proven that 1 m acc=1 skill) On anything that you as a RDM will be nuking, the Errant Hpl will prove better in terms of damage. Even on things like VT Euvhi in the Garden of Ru'Hmet, resists are pretty rare with Ice staff, Mst Caster's Bracelts(or)Ele torque, with Errant body. Just my 2 cents, and since its near 3 am, I'm gonna look at this tomorrow and probably have to edit this because it will look like nonsense.
