Enfeebling Earing and second is Moldavite XD

I'm yet to get Tier II enfeebles and only got 1 in ice and wind acc.

Oh, and Int and Mnd won't transalate into enfeebling skill, just magic accuracy and potency

I think at 75, it's given because you're pretty much capped out. 95% sticking rate on ANY exp mob is, IMHO, sexcellent. That means you really do deserve that title of "Paragon Excellence."

However, HNMs and end game is a totally different beast, but for 90% of RDMs in the game right now, it doesn't really apply to their situation.

Unless SE introduces level 86-89 exp mobs ... orz.
