Avesta Wild Wild Whiskers solo - Anyone have it?

Avesta has a solo video for BCNM60 Wild Wild Whiskers up on his site, but as usual I'm unable to download it "due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems." Does anyone know where else I might be able to get the file?

It looks like he went in as rdm/nin, but I can't imagine how he got around the petrification spamming. I see in the screenshot he has reraise on. I hope that isn't the answer to my question.

I'd love to be able to solo a decent bcnm. I have almost 2 stacks of seals collecting dust.

It couldn't be that simple, could it? Rdm is supposed to have 4 Resist Petrifiy traits by 60 too, but I was under the impression those things were virtually worthless against any mob strong enough to be a challenge.

Looks like he tries kiting at first, but barely makes a dent in the coeurl by chainspelling and dumping his entire mp pool into blizzard IIs, so he pulls out his swords and eats a mithkabob. Whenever Macan casts Burst, Avesta runs away so he's out of range for the petrify effect.

This is the best Avesta video I've seen so far, imo. It looks like he went in with a couple strategies in mind and actually did some improvising inside the BC.

That video is awesome, as for his gear, i dont know, macroed in for ease, but seriously what an achievement to do. Seems with running away right as burst is cast they can avoid the paralyzega spam.

He made that look way too easy. If he had gotten petrified even once I bet it would have been a much tougher fight, but with the looong casting time on Burst it seems like it would be pretty easy to dodge. He did gear swap a lot as usual, but the only really pricey item I saw was the scorpion harness. I wonder how necessary the +10 evasion is. I'll have to count shadows the next time I watch the video. ^^ Wonder if it'd be just as good to macro in an emp pin when not spellcasting ... I bet the accuracy isn't as key. I noticed he was dual wielding WWAs too. I wonder if WWA/Hornetneedle wouldn't be better ...

Didnt expect the chainspell fire off so early either, but hey whatever works i guess :D

I gotta agree, wonder what would have happened if he had gotten hit with petrify it would have been a different story. Wonder how many tries it took to master dodging it.

nice. looks like he got bind sticking without needing the ele staffs. probably still need to switch in other enfeelble gears. He macro so fast I couldn't even catch up without pausing -.-
regen food, mith kabob, didn't evade chaotic eyes, he just usedecho drops. And he stood there to land a couple more hits while the mob is casting burst before you run away.

The petrifying move, doesn't it only work when you're looking at the mob? So just turning back should be able to evade it? Or does that work with only chaotic eye?

I think from reading that its only facing, and would make sense with how often he is turning away from it.

That aside, somepage's information says he casts Thunder 1-2 as well as (and more importantly) Thundaga 1-2 in addition to Burst. Howver, the only thing I ever saw him casting was the AM. If this is the case, couldn't anyone solo this BC? Gear at that level isn't earth-shatteringly expensive, and he didn't even use any expensive medecine... he wasn't even bothering casting refresh, just living with Yagudo drinks.

Highly doubtful, probably gonna need some great amount of +skill gear to stick those enfeebles, doubt its easy to land any.
