Vcloak has been very useful to me I macor it on everytime I have more than 3 seconds to stand still. Especially in dynamis, or moving merit parties, or HNM fights that last at least an hour with very little chance to sit.

Aeni, Vermillion Cloak is useless to RDM.

I wish I had one when I was lvling. I rarely got a chance to sit for more than a tick, so the extra bit of MP would build up nicely over time. In merit PTs, its such a noticable difference when main healing imo. I borrowed a friends once, and I really didnt want to give it back XD (Vermy+Refresh+Balladx2=:D)
