I was actually trying to do that when the 75thf walked by. I got it down to probably 80% that way. Takes forever, works, also really dangerous for anyone that wants to enter Fei'yin.

Really, it depends on which zone you use. One's easy to reach, but gets a lot of traffic. The other...not so easy to reach, but gets hardly any.
You mean the Cloister of Frost zone? Yeah, I probably would've gotten killed by ambient aggro kiting it down there. As it happens, the thf who helped me was going to fight Shiva anyway, so ...

Don't make the same mistake I did and think that you can kite it forever with Gravity. I was requiesting Hat after I HQed mine, after about 5 Gravities with 309 enfeebling, he starts to resist, and well it went downhill from there lol

RDM/NIN can solo the statue, but it's pretty hard (at least for me)
Depends on how well equipped said RDM/NIN is and how experienced this player is in soloing difficult NMs. People who can solo Bune can easily solo this NM. People who can't even solo Cancer won't have a snowball chance in hell of successfully soloing the statue NM.
According to an old guide I read on alla, you need to be around level 62 to avoid aggro from the undead and arcana in the area around the statue. If you're safe from that, you can kite and DoT the statue to death, but it's an endurance battle. You can't rely on bind and gravity to keep you alive, since the fight would last so long that the resistance it would build up to those spells would be too great. You just have to use pathing against it to stay out of its attack range, cutting corners and making sure not to get hung up on passing bats.
