Melon Pies +1 or Pumkin Pies +1 for partys Rdm can use the added Int for Enfebs if you cant afford the +1's go with melon, its what i currently use and on Kujata are very cheap 2-4k a stack

My food of choice is generally Marron Glace. The +80~ MP really helps, makes keeping up with all of my spells much easier.
