    Re: XPing with RDM/BRD

Probably not Hyrist. As noted earlier in this thread, people are lazy, and 99% of the RDM I see below level 75 are RDM/BLM or RDM/WHM, and I don't foresee that changing much, ever. Simply put, /BLM is the easiest to play since it involves the least additional effort to make use of your subjob, and ergo makes it the de facto subjob of choice for the majority of players.

Reread my post and you'll see I was referring to Shock. I am well aware that Shock is elemental magic, however my reference was to the fact that I generally do not "need" Shock to land Slow, Paralyze, or Silence on enemies due to my boosted Enfeebling Magic skill.

One can be hopeful. A good way to encourage these things is to prost a comprehensive guide encompasing the possiblities and rate a difficulty ratio to warn players. This might pull some people who have the basics more or less down pat to move twards the harder combinations for a bit more fun.

I personally get bored even as a rdm/blm. I like staying constantly active and if I am not, I somehow feel as if I am harming the party somehow. It could also be that I use music in my exp parties constantly keeping me at a faster beat than most, but I digress yet again.

Who knows, maybe they'll be new rdm/??? combinations once the Xbox360 comes out with these rumored new jobs.

It doesn't. I was referring to a normal party instance, where melee accuracy is an issue. Manaburn and accuracy problems were two totally different thoughts.
