I have a question that should be quick and easy to answer. I got the RDM AFv2 Body last night from Beacudine... 977 Lot.. think I shit myself XD. Anyhow, at what % should my spells be casting at? w/ RDM AFv1 Hat and RDM AFv2 Body equipped? I didn't test it out that much last night and I was lagging pretty hard and it seemed to be somewhere in the 40-50 range but I couldn't tell.

41% sounds kinda low to me...
3 Fast Cast traits + Pimp Hat = ~55% (easiest to tell on long-casting spells like Raise and Escape). Really it kinda varies a little between 50 and 60%.
I'd say 45-50% is a bit more probable, most likely on the 50% end of things.

If 4 Fast casts take you to 55%, that's an average of 11% each. Or in otherwords, the 5th brings us to 44%. And that's not assuming it isn't a stronger increase i.e. DRG headpiece AF vs. AF2.4 out of 3 people have a problem with fractions. . .

I don't recall offhand how many Fast Cast traits RDM get at level 75 (3?) but each one reduces the spellcasting bar by 5%. Base casting time for all spells is normally 80% on the casing bar, so assuming you have Fast Cast III + AF1 Hat + AF2 Body that's -25%, or 55% on the casting bar. If I am misremembering and RDMs get a 4th Fast Cast trait, then they should go off at 50%.
For what it's worth, it seems you can't get any lower than about 40% on the bar no matter how much casting time/speed upgrade you get. As WHM75/RDM37 with Cure Clogs and -20% casting time in merit (Fast Cast II + -35% casting time = cure spells "should" go off at 35% on the bar), I still can't get my cures to go off any faster than around 40-45%.
