ok i am a lvl 22RDM/11WHM and i have barely any HP will my race specific armor help at all?? well when i get to wear it should I??

Sigh...I envy taru rdms...they're soo cute, have 1:1 hp/mp ratio, and have more flexibility on what equipment they should wear.

You get it between lvl 26-35 (I believe...each RSE available at a certain level). IMO as a taru...no. You might have a low hp...but who cares when you have way more MP.
