I always get a set casting order for the EXP party and then I remember it....
As a matter of fact, I do this, too.

Well, my casting order is very simple. It just starts from the top of the list and goes down. This means I'm always refreshed first.

Because I always keep all casters and PLD refreshed, casting order isn't an issue. The good thing of refreshing myself first is I can easily check if I'm refreshed or not from the icon on the top of the screen.

Yes, it is hard to concentrate for more than two hours. It is said that 1 and a half hour is the limit for human beings to fully concentrate on something. Therefore, when I am a leader, I try to take a break every 1.5 hour and this seems to be welcome for others. They also bring something to drink or go to a bathroom

My tatic for refreshing is to refresh myself first then use and en spell on myself followed by paralyze and at this time the refresh is rdy again. I then cast it on the paly followed by slow and gravity and at this time refresh is rdy again. I then use it on my whm followed by elemental seal then a spell and a few secs later it is rdy again. Then after recast time I use it on blm. Some times I been annoyed at the paly when he/she says they need refresh while I am casting it on them but its all part of the game.

Here's a tip, kinda mean one tho...

If you think you're being underappreciated by your party, or are feeling like you're not doing much, just hit alt+tab as puller is pulling.

You'll be back on in 45 seconds or so, when you get reinvited see what kinda mess the PT has become.

Disclaimer: Only do this if you're confident the party can handle a fight without you, don't wanna have to raise1 5 people when you come back. Also, i've never done this on purpose, but due to d/c's i've seen the disastrous results. Even with a bard sometimes.

I thought i was the only one >_<

After the first hour i would tell my PT to remind me or send /tells to remind me incase i miss my me > pld > whm > blm > other and i havent cast haste on myself (i thought it was a delay only thing till i found our recently that it effects nin timer) so i dont know if it will speed up my timer like my nin's.

As far as i know the only way enhance shows itself is protect timer, shell timer, and enspell damage as well as haste timer. We might need some significant use of enhance like: stronger enhance = stronger protect (yeah the tanks will like that) and more stronger shell as well as a SLIGHT boost in haste like enhance skill 200 = delay -50 and enhance skill 201 = delay -51 just for melee. Yes more enhance based spells would help out.

Enhancing doesn't affect Pro/Shell or Haste timers. Pro/Shell are half an hour on same level PC and Haste is three minutes. Enhancing affects Stoneskin, Phalanx, En-spells, Bar-spells, and seems to aid Sneak/Invis.

Nah, stoneskin takes 200HP worth of hits and then falls on ya (i used poison potion and stoneskin two months ago to test this). I could have sworn enhance effects pro and shells timer...
As for haste, i only toss it when asked or needed so i never timed the timer on that but it looks like it lasts longer when i level. Phalanx lasts 4mins (no i dont have it yet cause its not near the top of the spell priority list) from what i've heard and sneak and invis are tricky but yes they are effected by sneak and invis (raised the max sneak rate to 5mins as my max time invised). They keep patching things so it might be different and i'll try these things out when i get back on. We should also be able to cast bar spells on single targets, our bar spells are (from the elemental POV) the best there are and it would be helpfull to use in a party especially at that very low cost.

Haste, Phalanx, En-, and Spikes are all on the same timer. Any RDM who solos can tell you that without a doubt.
                There will be cake.

My rdm only does mindless farming so when something fades i dont notice it till i see yellow hp "Hey, how did protect fade that fast?"

Stoneskin and Phalanx are affected by Enhancing skill. Not the duration, the strength. Formulas at link. And Patchinko already said what I was going to about other timers.
