Question: Fencer's Ring

Hi guys

Recently I bought a Fencer's Ring. I remeber hearing that it only activates when my HP is at a certain color. Well I keep my HP when it was yellow (700 HP, I think it was this) and it was helping my Enblizzard do 20 damage (without it was 15). So everything was fine, but then I noticed on the next Death Wasp I was fighting I was only doing 15 damage, I checked my HP and it was still yellow color.

So does anyone know what's wrong? Does my HP need to be red for it to always do 20 damage? Or does the effect activate randomly?

I believe you must also have less than 100tp to gain the effect.

yeah under 100% tp and yellow life.
