Convert efficiency is god. Nothing like a 1000 HP elvaan dropping to 12 HP and only getting back 300 MP after he casts 2 cure 4's on himself

Pretty much the same from what I understand. Prolly smack um with your sword 1 or 2 extra times but that won't matter after lvl 25-30.If this dont make your booty move, your booty must be dead!Comment

It all really depend on how you're going to play your rdm. The only reason I'd suggest hume is if you plan on using this character for other jobs. As a taru, you'd be more like a whm or blm in that you'd sit back and cast. Mithra is nice for the agility and dexterity bonuses, and of course, they're cool. ^^ Personally, I like to play an aggressive rdm that can hold it's own in battle. The best for that is Elvaan. As an Elvaan, you mp will be a little low, but once you get Refresh and Convert you'll have trouble using up your mp. Galkas are just stupid.Comment

Main downside of playing a mithra is making subpar brd and bst due to low cha. However cats make excellent thieves and rangers! As red mages they are almost equal.

Hume is decent in all stats.
Mithra has slightly lower mnd, str, vit, chr but has higher dex and agility.
Both races have the same HP and MP pools.Relic Stage 5: Excalibur Completed.

I also think Mithra and Hume because there both good at phisical atks and there both good at Magic atks so just pic the one you like the best I picked Mithra because there sexy

Where are people taking lower MND thing from? My MND base is 50, INT base is 55, my sub is BLM which accounts for either all or at least most difference between the two. Thats as a 63 mithra rdm with up to date blm sub /shrug

PS With blm sub its 61int 54 mnd. So yeah there is a slightly lower MND issue! Oh well it never slowed me down
