How to max out holy bolt damage?

Just curious about some misc. ways I can boost Holy Bolt damage. Its clearly the best kind of bolt for DoT and I know a MND build can push if further.

But does magic attack gear boost it in any way? Are there any foods to support a MND build? I know goblin mushpots give a +10 MND boost, but I think I'd want something with Range Accuracy/Attack on it.

Royal Omelette gives +4 mnd and +22% ranged attack up to 65. Hedgehog Pie is more common, gives +3 mnd and +18% ranged attack with a cap of 90. Both take a 90+ cook.

I believe a light/apollo staff increases the added damage also, but I'm not entirely sure. Pretty easy to test.

af2 hat
osode
suzie's sun-ate
af legs
aqua rings (edited)
mind earrings if you want
rk belt+1
the bastok cp neckpiece with the mnd.
also the obi if you're in a place with light weather (Sea) or lightsday

light staff or apollo's (like Taskmage mentioned)
probably stick with atk food, just to help slug's hit for more
keep s. kote or cfg for the extra r.acc., since you lose a lot for more +mnd.
seen added effect hit in the 90's w/o it being light weather or lightsday.

Faith torque if at all possible. +5MND and +7 marksmenship skill.

I only know of one food offhand that gives MND and ranged attack, hedgehog pie.
