But I have a question. Right now, it isn't that expensive at all. I know the higher I go the more expensive it'll be. My highest job is Lv. 30 so my only source of income comes from the highest Lv. job, which will soon be RNG. Should I continue to Lv. RNG up and farm for cash? Or take up a craft (if so, which one?) and then Lv. RNG and farm. I want to Lv. RNG but if my farming time is just as long as melees seek time, I don't think I'd want to play it. (Like: MNK seeks in Jeuno 6+ hours; RNG farms for 6+ hours, then seeks, etc.) What do you guys think I should do? I want to play this job but I don't want to suck or farm for 90% of my career. Thanks!

I never really lvled rng at all but as for advise towards a craft you might consider taking one where you can make your own arrows or bullets, this should help with the loss in gil only to be made up in those bows your going to be getting and depending on sub if its /nin even more gil, unless you craft those as well then it wont hit you as hard, as for the rest ill leave that up to the rngs that have the experience.People look at the world and think why, i look at the world and think why not.

It'd be good for you since most RNGs sub Nin you can synth your Shehie and your arrows without having to stop the party and go stock up.

i'd say wood if your gonna be a bow or xbow ranger....
but alch. is where the gil is and it is really cheap to level early on, plus it more then halves the cost of being a gun ranger....(definately the best choice from 50-67)
wood or alch, but wood will cost you more to level then alchmey, and arrows never get too costly, sma ewith bolts.
ranger is cheap from 1-75 if you make your own ammo, and dont use a gun.Why be like someone famous when you can be like me.
