If stinger was actually a L75 RNG on lakshmi, I might be more inclined to believe him.

AFAIK, the only NA RNG75's on our server are Illidon, Yohonne, Worldspawn, Nachogrande, Aces, Aarion, Naramaska (me), Newlegend, and Miront, with a fairly decently sized group of 73-74 RNG's (Anielka, Floopis, prodigal, etc.). Nice try, but no cigar. I've also never heard of your LS.



As for the original post...RNG are useful on pretty much everything. Due to absurdly high accuracy, high damage weapons that allow you to get past the defence on most gods, and powerful WS's (slug shot and heavy shot), ranger's are very reliable damage. BLM's can put out higher numbers on some gods (genbu, seiryu), but will get resisted often on gods like byakko whose magic resist seems to be through the roof. Against Kirin, since he's kited, the fact that once you start firing, he cannot run out of range is huge. You can have him run out of range and still pop off a shot. Plus, due to ustusemi, if/when you pull hate, you can simply kite him instead of the NIN/WAR or WAR/NIN :p

Careful thegod, because people can say the same things about some of your claims. Best way to avoid flames is to also avoid extraneous claims, and in case your thread is hijacked, just ignore it.

In response to your other question, why wouldn't I give my stuff away? What else would I do with it? Let it rot on my character or sell it online? No thanks, I'd rather let my friends benefit from my work.
