RNG/BST = A Should Be... But Not?

Doesn't it seem like a RNG/BST (or BST/RNG) would make a good combo just based on what they are. I know statistically they aren't a match but it just seems that they should do something about it that allows them to be a good combo.

Can you even charm at all with BST as a Sub?

no /bst is never a good exp combo ever for any job especially rng, yes you can charm things as /bst
