I'm Totally Broke, lvl.....i have 251g.....How Do I Make Lots Of Gil And Fast?

1. Synth- Always End up Losing Money

2. Farm Orcs/Yags/Gob/Quads....Takes to long

3.Farm NMs...Takes A Hell Of Time And Never Get Drop Anyway..

4. Kill Normal Mobs. - Dont Know what To kill..

5. PL - Could Work, But What Should I Charge?..

umm...go to the area right outside of windy or the tahorongi canyon and kill crawlers for silks about 700gil each. 1 stack about 8k?

Yes, as a mage Elementals are the way to farm. Otherwise, take up fishing or exploit the early crafts of each guild. Try going to Gusgen and mine some Ore, thats a good way to make an initial profit, with sneak you should be fine. Bring some Fire Crystals,which you can get by killing Orcs while lvling a pre10 job in Sandy, and turn the 4 copper ores into a Copper Ingot or 3 Copper ores and a tin ore into Bronze Ingots. This will skill up your Goldsmithing and Smithing, and each stack goes for about 4k. From there, you camp the guilds and do desynths and synths, just making the basic lvl 1 Ingots of Gold and Smithing, and profit. YOu can move to Zinc later for a greater Profit.

Sell off the other higher valued ores, and invest it into either more Mining gear, Fishing supplies, or another craft. Keep making investments until you find a regular money niche. It'll come to you as you continue a specific path.

Yeah everyone ask how to make gil in this certain job. Doign wind elementals. Everytime I need to go rabao for X reason I see a wind elemental on the way. Crystla price(s) having been raising quite a bit since after several releses. In bubu you can make quite a bit subbing RNG(or keeping as main) to hunt wind elemetals to make enough gil to get by ^~

Obviously this person is just spamming the forums. This does not belong in the RNG forums.

Just like any cheap player, RNG can be played cheaply. I've seen tons of cheap NIN's on my server (using no ninjutsu other than utsusemi, seriously), so it's possible to have a cheap NIN as well. What, 10-15k for some stacks of shihei, and meat mithka? That's not expensive.

It's just as likely to play RNG cheaply but actually be a decent contributor. Just using scorps (2-2.5k a stack) will probably cost you 10-15k for a PT, plus meat mithka.

He's not posting here because of any certain reason, except maybe he thinks RNG are inherently rich and he wants to learn some get rich quick schemes. The problem is he's just a lazy selfish player who expects everything to fall into his lap (as is apparent from his excuses "it takes too long" or "it never drops for me").

By the nature of get rich quick schemes, they never make it out into the public until a vast majority ALREADY know about it, by which time it isn't a get rich quick scheme anymore due to competition and undercutting. (gardening/harvesting elemental ores is a prime example)

Hopefully this thread will be locked, but I wouldn't count on it. My advice to the poster: get off your lazy ass and work for your dough like everyone else. Work, not only in searching for tips and methods yourself (I found literally dozens of threads just using the search button) but also executing them yourself. If you want someone to hold your hand or something, play a console game and use a gameshark. Or you can go the lame route and buy your gil online. Whatever.

I can undersand not liking camping NM's. I get a headache from looking at wide scan for so long.
However, not liking farming b/c it takes too long? Well, welcome to mmorpg's.

Skills:
fishing (but im sure this will "take too long")
mining
harvesting
excavating
garending (again "takes too long")

From what I've seen and heard most of these things are moneymakers across the board, you'll just have to work at it.
Also appreciate if I didnt get bitched at for this post. Yes, I'm being sarcastic, but I'm also giving you good information, what you do with it is up to you.

i have never lost a BCNM, and i'll give you a NO FAIL BCNM to try.

party make up (2 choices both very similar)

rng/nin
blm/nin
blm/nin

the two blm aspir bomb while casting waterII and drain when needed (shouldnt be needed if they both have dual ermite's wands for the 50% down on spell interupts<---for casting utsusemi mostly)

the rng use an Xbow and shoots constant sleep bolts at the mob, i have never lost, the longest it has take to beat the mob is 6 mins (it cures itself) and we have come within 18 secs of the record and around there many times.

the other party make up:

rng/nin
rng/nin
blm/nin

same strat, this time only one rng uses sleep bolts, the other just shoots away, waiting till 300% tp to use WS and hope that it finishes off the mob because its hard to pull hate after that much dmg, even the blm cant pull the hate, and a taru BLM is a must for alot of MP.


this BCNM drops the lvl 30 latent effect earrings (worthless, unless you get a genin earring) but the cash cow is dispel and erase, the loot only has to be split 3 ways, and this thing only cost 30 seals, it is a total cash cow.
