Last Resort + Souleater + 300% TP Sidewinder + Sharpshot + Barrage. I don't know how much TP a full barrage will give you, but I think you'd have enough hate by then. I'm not sure if you'll be alive long enough for another sidewinder or not.

Souleater works in that it gives you even more hate. Might as well eagle eye shot in that little combo I posted too.
