Raising Throwing and MarksmanShip with RNG

My Marksmanship skill is lv14 and my throwing skill is lv19, how hard will they be to cape as a lv6 RNG? I think my Throwing might be caped at lv6, not sure.

As a level 6 ranger? Not that hard. If you planned on leveling ranger, then your best bet is to cap out both those skills using Warrior.

Yeah, if you take your Warrior to Shakrami Maze with a Light Crossbow and a bunch of Bolts, you should be able to bring your Marksmanship skill *way* up off of the Maze Makers, very quickly.
