hey new ranger here and i need money badly.. what do you suggest i do..? i have fishing skill 6 but people say they "nerfed fishing" so i dont know about that. I have no craft skills. The jobs I have 34rdm/18blm but i have no armor for it.. war 7 mnk 7 whm 7 bst10 and my ranger is 9. I need gil for some upcoming bows + agi+2 rings any suggestions please? what i could farm or should i stick with moat carps (i do have all fishing gear except the feet i think)

sell fishing gear and lvl THF to 15. Goto Gustaberg Hill (Zegham is its name i think o.o kill gob thugs and bees for chips/onions or in horutoto (the one from M1 Windy) and kill tons of goblin thugs. 5K for a stack of onions and if you one shot gobs you can make 2-3 stacks/hour. Both are 10-15k per hour in farming if you keep at it you can have your +1 rings and arrows no problem...just dont get discourged are competition just pull them like no ones buisness and they all leave =)

Don't worry about he agi+2 rings...get the bone+1 rings and stick with the acc- and r. acc+ rings. I also agree with the above poster. Thats where I farm for the time being. When rng hits 30 an I can sub thf and get TH i'll prolly move to konschat highlands, I swear the wasps there drop chips more often, plus you can get elementals, quadav backplates, stray mary and such. so any guide in what armor/weapon i should be following? i saw some other posts but they not too clear. basically neck use the ranger necklace for a while? and skip agi rings all together? just wait for beetle / bone ones? I have to buy Powerbow+1 and hunterbow now plus lots of stacks of bone arrows.. ah well atleast im having a blast.. thanks for tips

Basically until you get to 30 for noct gear your armor really isnt that big of a deal, I just bought the highest defense for the times that I took hate. As for bows, yeah stick with the powerbow+1 line of them. Dont worry about the agility+rings at all. I suppose you could buy that at 14, but at 15 (i think) you can get bone rings+1 which are far more valuable than the agility rings. And dont worry about +1 gear too much except for you rings and your bows. They are neither required or even expected. They do help but they wont make or break you as a ranger. Also, I'm sure you already know this, but make meat mithkabobs your new best friend. You will definately be able to tell a difference w/ them.
