For Hume: Ocean's belt or R.K. belt +2

i got both of them but i'm wondering which one is more useful.

with mages cuffs and R.K. belt i have +4 STR and +14 AGI

with hume rse hands and ocean's belt i get +9 STR and +9 AGI.

which should i use?

currently my range acc is +74 and rng att is +33, +39 if the area's under my nation's control and i have R.K. belt on.

Agility does not matter as a stat for RNG, I have yet to see agil do anything for me. anyway I personally use ocean belt over RK belt+2 because it has +45 HP and +4 str, the extra HP does make a difference because a good rng always has to be willing to take hits. the +6 ranged attack on the RK belt is nice when it works but its unreliable like all crafted CP items.
