Would you consider this "Gimped" ?

Hello..
Im trying to decide if this is "gimped" equipment wise.
I am level 33 RNG / 16 NIN with utsusemi

Kindgom Bandana (AGI +1)
2x beetle ring +1 (replaced @ 35 with horn +1)
2x mythril earring (will be replaced at 35 with the +3 AGI
earrings)
Battle Bow +1 (silver arrows)
2x archers knive
Rangers Necklace
Mercenary captains belt
wool cuffs +1 (+1 agi)
Hume RSE boot (+3 agi)
martial slacks
nomads mantle
centurions scale mail

That seems quite decent. It seems to be focused very heavily around AGI and Accuracy. I might consider testing a few switch outs for some STR to find a balance were you hit very well and do even better damage.

As far as that gear goes it seems very acceptable, the head part at lv. 33 about the only thing you can get better for it is the Emperor's Hairpin (-13HP? +3 DEX/AGI +10 Evasion). The necklace part there is the Jagd Gorget if you wanted a small bit more, basically the same as Ranger's Necklace just 2 defense and 1 more range attack.

The knifes only thing better are the Hawker's and the Hawker's +1 (Both HQ of the Archer's Knife), and of course the mantle has a +1 version of it too. All that are small extra boosts maybe can squeeze out another +5 AGI, +4 Ranged Accuracy, +1 Ranged Attack, and not much else.

So at lv. 33 I'd have to say that gear is pretty good.

Good equip. At level 34 upgrade to the Bastokan legs and feet for the added Ranged Accuracy/attack if you're fighting in an area under your nation's control
