Quivering Arrows

I know you can quiver some of the lower level arrows, but I came into the problem of wanting to quiver my scorpion arrows at the carnival but couldn't. Is there anyway to quiver some of the higher level arrows?

From what I've seen, you cannot quiver most of the arrows you would actually want to quiver. It seems to be that most of the ones you can purchase from NPCs such as Wooden, Iron, Silver etc can be quivered, but those such as Fang and Scorpion Arrows cannot be.

First you have to go to whatever city is in first place in conquest. Then find the carnival. Then find a mithra sitting away from the carnival. If you talk to her, she'll tell you she'll quiver arrows for a small price of a flower. Buy a carnation either off the AH or the shop in upper Jeuno, giver her a full stack of any of the arrows she lists and the carnation at the same time and you get a quiver. Saves a lot of inventory space at lower levels especially if you don't have all the gobbie bags.
