i have a huge problem, please help

Hi everyone, this is Avaelius from Odin server, 2 months ago, i took my computer in for virus inspection. It was gone for 2 weeks, and when i got it back, it ends up that they had completly re instaled windows xp profesional and i had nothing on my comp, not even microsoft word . I don't have my password, but i do have my user name and FFXI email thingy they give you. I want to keep playing again, as Avaelius, but i dont have the password that i would need to continue playing the game even if i re instaled it. Is there anyway i could somehow fix this? and also, if i did re instal it, would i have to register again and pay 26$ a month!? i havent cancled my payments yet, so i was just wondering if my account would still be there. Thank you a TON to anyone who feels my pain and helps me.
