the hairpin is crucial to me, i mean that +10 evasion is a life safe about 50% of the time my utsu runs out to early.
the boots are nice to have to complete the whole status item whore character, but i dont know if they are really needed, i let someone use mines and went w/o for a couple days, i hardly noticed the difference, the only place i really noticed it was in critical hit rate, it dropped significantly.
