  • Easiest leveling radius for you as a ranger

I'd have to say for myself it was 10-20

At level 10 I entered shakrami with another ranger and a white mage. We gained about 5000 experience an hour I gained about 8 levels in a day.

And my hardest leveling radius I would have to say Yhaoter jungle, not to say that is remarkably hard but it is time consuming to get out of there. Longest three levels of my life.

My hardest grouping is right now at level 46. It takes me forever to find a party, and I have good equip. I don't know why people don't invite me though.

I am having issues now at 36-39 I have good equipment also but cant get an invite even after sitting in jeuno for hours. Up until about lvl 35 I would get an invite within 10 minutes or so of turning on my PT flag. I think the problem now is that everybody has regular PT members where I do not . I soloed from 1-24 (like 16-24 in koroloka tunnel)very fast I hate kazham but the real problem is traveling in and out of the jungles that is time consuming not to mention all the newb gob trains that annoy me to no end.

When I want a good party I make my own. Most of the time there are enough people seeking so it isn't a problem. Hard part is finding people willing to leave the over camped areas. I've had a lot of people say they wouldn't leave crawler's nest. I just laugh as I get 2-3x the XP they do not having to fight for my kills in areas like west altepa desert.

I agree except lately I cant find enough people to make a PT. Some of the best PTs I have been in are ones that I made and took the time to do it right. The real problem is having others wait and yes to get them out of the "normal" areas. I think some people lack a sense of adventure in the game and are afraid to try "new" things that most other people haven't done. I love alteppa but getting in or setting up a PT to go there is such a pain.

The best partys are those which are composed up of die hard players that dont leave after 30 minutes

Easiest for me was 14-21. Got it in an hour. Chained 5'd worms in korroloka.

Lv 73-75; worst exp ever without static pt

74-75, your choices are Kuftal for chain 50 exp; King Ramperre where you get 50% dmg penalty or Ro'Maeve where pulls can get slow

I have noticed after I got sidewinder, and my Eurytos bow this has proboby been the easiest leveling range. I just have alot of other stuff (rank 6, helping with AF 3's etc.) that are keeping me from leveling. But I have noticed a huge increase in invites from rank 8+ parties.

I think that Eurytos bow and word of mouth are really helping me get invites right now. But I am not really looking forward to 65+ when people start xping off of bone mobs and MNKs will be the best damage dealers

                          From an outside perspective.

I have found, that more times then not, many rangers, around the mid 40s level play with horrible equipment, and outdated arrows. I've also encountered RNGs who still have not discovered the beauty of using Sharpshoot for Renkei, and end up missing. Most of the time, I form my own parties, and due to the many horrible RNGs I have encountered through the mid levels, I feel a bit wary of inviting a RNG to a party, unless I know them from a previous encoutner, or they have an amazing search comment.

I realize that I am not a RNG, and I do not want to pretend I know how to play a role of RNG better then anyone else. I'm simply stating the reasons I myself have been skipping over RNG during the party creation process as of late. All the RNG I have partied with knew there job well, and kept their equipment updated, or were crippled by their inability to keep up with their job expenses.

As a rng you will not want to fight bones in ranperre's...ever.Anyway rng should not be lvling up on bones at all:p For 74-75 the places you can lvl are kuftal, cockatrices and ladon(the huge dragon, nin sub is a must for these when you sidewinder on them,i got one shotted by their WS for over 1k damage with war sub)Tiger gives sucky exp at 74.Romaeve gives so-so exp.Ru avitau gives good exp, there are 2 places you can hunt Aura Statues.1,place right before mission where you fight a mission boss(enal drache (sp?)theres a spiral staircase where you can run down to zone to celestial nexus if things happen. The Aura statues here are weak and easy i believe.2,The place where ullikummi pops, you will be hunting in a small room here. The Aura statues here are very strong and gives you very good exp when chained, best exp you can get from 74-75.And dont try to go for the NM
