Haste with ranged attacks?

Does haste reduce delay for your bow/gun or just your dagger/etc? Sorta wondering cause the sonic belt and speed belts look like viable options for ranger.

haste helps a tiny bit, but I'd rather have something else like a RK belt +1.

Most rangers dance on the threshold of hate anyways, so haste is not really needed unless you want to speed your way to death.
