Little input on how I'm doing: I think I was just too caught -up trying to conserve mp. Now I just use a lot more mp, and it's usually pretty fine the way I worked this out.
Btw, we're not getting any THF,since we're a static, so Fuidama isn't an option for me ;-;
Good thing is, I lost hate only a few times from his 700-1000 damage Sidewinder, so I'm happy ^^Comment

I play FFXI on 14.4 all the time. (cellphone modem w/laptop)
Totally useless for exping (6 second delay on any action) but works just fine for crafting or farming.
