My experience with n00b ranger in BCNM

So i get a random invite from ranger called Darkwind on the server garuda and asks me if i wanna do BCNM 40 giddeus. He then arrives in all leather armor and using wood arrows. I offered to buy him a stack of beetle arrows but he imples that woods are the best LMAO. anwyas when the battle starts to make matters worse he drinks a yagudo drink????? The worse part of this is at the end he blamed the rest of the party for not kiliing fast enough and for letting him die. (he voked the black madragora sigh) I guess ic an now understand why ppl dont bother grouping with rangers because of ppl like darkwind. I just hope he learns to use some better arrows and go farm for some arrows

Agreed with Gbay's link. Darkwind is one of the best rangers I've ever grouped with ... One of the only rangers to actually use his bow, and has full up to date armor and does incredible damage . I've seen him do about 700 with barrage before (on exp mobs)

why would any melee use a yagudo drink? even if you didnt know what it was, NO ONE would spend 1k+ on testing one out during BCNM.
