After reading through most of this forum, it seems thf isnt a decent sub for rangers. My question is why not? Im currently a Lv63 Pld on Bismark and when i think rng/nin, the first thing i see in my mind is "Trick Sidewinder". Im currently only a lv20 rng so I dont have much experience and was hoping maybe a higher lvl ranger could help. Would i be sacraficing too many stat points for the hate control?

sneak attack & trick attack don't work with bow WS. That's why

Yeah, thieves don't give anything to rangers inan xp party. They're great for farming, especially when you're 50+ and can scan and flee. There's just not much for helping do damage though, except maybe the 30 damage sneak attack with an archers knife.
