I don't know about your server, but on mine the Sandoria AH is always the best place to buy just about any arrow...not to mention sometimes the only place. I always go there to stock up.-SerraWiz

I don't believe Silver Arrows are sold in Windurst when we're in first. I know we get Ice Arrows, but...
From what I've been able to tell, the only vendor that definitely sells Silver Arrows is the weapon shop in South San D'Oria (northeast corner), when they're in first.
