Hi welcome to vanadiel . I hope you enjoy your experience here.
With that said I have to move your question to the correct place. races and jobs sections.
Take some time and look around and you will find alo tof your answers. This is a great formu for info. but people here can have short fuses, so take some time to look before asking. 9 out of 10 its already been answered.

i cant help you on that one, have not played the ranger job yet. I can tell you there is a lot of debate on what makes a good job combo.
once i reach lvl 30 i will be able to do a quest to unlock ranger to select ranger as my main would i go to my mob house (whats ever the house is called) and select it.
Once you get a job to level 30, you can take on various quests to get new jobs. These jobs are referred to as Advanced Jobs. Once you have completed the quest, you can go to you Mog house and select it the same way you can with any other job.
Just to be sure, you do know you need to complete a quest to be able to have a subjob?
how would i leavle my warroir would 25 percent of my xp go to it or would i half to go on it manualy and play on him
      .
Jobs gain experience points only when they are the main job. To gain experience points for jobs you choose to be your support job, you must make them your main job and level them.

      hope that helps
