i just wanted to get feedback. i'm totally new to rng (lvl 7 as of yesterday) but i played bard to 55 so i know a bit about the game.
i was using the lvl 1 crossbow and lvl 1 bolts and loving it, killing stuff in 1 shot usually. when i hit level 6 i bought the ll 6 gun, houberchte or something, and a stack of bronze bullets for 8k.
the first thing that was strange was, on the entire server (midgardsormr) there was only 1 stack available, in jeuno AH. couldn't find bullets anywhere else, not from any other AH or NPC (even checked norg AH).
second thing i noticed was, damage was lower than xbow bolts! i thought since ammo cost went from 4/bolt to 80/bullet, there should have been a similar increase in damage - maybe not 20x but SOMETHING.
instead, damage went down (i think) from usually 25+ to 10-15.
am i doing something wrong or are people just not supposed to use guns until later levels?
