Okee, simple question, which one is better? I know attack is like 2 str= 1 att so it would make sense if 2 agi= 1 rng acc. Does it work like that?

You're correct, 2 AGI = 1 RNG ACC.
RNG ACC is better.

Actually, In my opinion, Accuracy is a little more important than last =P You'd like your daggers to hit at least half of the time, after all. But this doesn't mean you should go out of the way to increase your acc. Generally speaking, if I had a choice of +10 ACC and +10 DEF, I'd go with the accuracy. The rings I have lower accuracy enough (in exchange for rng acc)MNK: 31 RNG:70 WAR:35 SAM:10 NIN:35
